High Horse Galerie & Ateliers was created to make serious artistic life more possible in the east end of Ottawa.

Artistic tendencies and techniques evolve over time, each informed by earlier discoveries. The “highest horse” in the pile—what is most current—stands where it does only because of the accumulated efforts beneath it.
